Ready to Leave
Bags are packed and headed out to the van. The girls keep asking when are we leaving, which seems to be very encouraging. :)
Anticipating spending a great day with my wife as we travel half around the world to pick up our SON!!!!!! This morning as I drank my coffee during my quite time I wondered what it was like when Jesus was preparing to leave heaven and all its splendor to come to earth, knowing that the cross was on the horizon, so that WE could be adopted into His family. In light of that, my little plane rides seem like little skips on a big pond. I am very thankful and humbled that it was in God's will for us to adopt and looking forward to watching His glory unfoled in our lifes.
Matthew and Sarah...In my quiet time early this morning I prayed specific prays for each person in your family. I prayed for all aspects of your trip, even short waits in the security lines! I prayed that Micah will make an instant attachment to both of you, somehow knowing how much you love him even before you were able to touch him. I will continue to pray specifically for each part of your journey. Love you all.
